Workers’ Compensation provided compensation to employees that have been hurt on the job. It is a state mandated insurance program. Every state has its own laws when it comes to Workers compensation claims.

Some people become injured to the point that they can no longer work. These people may be eligible for long-term benefits. What you are paid will depend on the extent of your injuries.
